1. Scope of Services

Our design services are offered as curated interior design packages. Each package includes:

• Selection of furniture and/or accessories tailored to your space, needs, and style preferences

• A digital portfolio that includes:

  • A mood board representing the design concept

  • Individual product descriptions

  • Shoppable links to all suggested products​

2. Fees and Payment Terms

All services are billed as fixed-price packages.

• Pricing for each design package is outlined at the time of purchase.

• Additional customizations or revisions beyond the scope of the selected package may be subject to additional fees, quoted in advance and billed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate dimensions and design preferences prior to project start

• Verify that suggested items fit their space

• Review and approve mood boards and selections in a timely manner

• Purchase all recommended products directly using the provided links

4. Deliverables

All design packages include:

• A custom digital mood board tailored to your style

• A curated product list with clickable shopping links

• Optional layout guidance or room mockups, depending on package level

5. Intellectual Property

All design materials (mood boards, product lists, layouts) are the exclusive intellectual property of Curated Interiors Atelier and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to recommend reliable products, but we:

• Do not guarantee product availability, pricing, shipping times, or quality

• Are not responsible for product defects, order issues, or incorrect fit
  - Clients are responsible for double-checking dimensions and product suitability before purchasing.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Interiors Atelier from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their product purchases or use of our recommendations.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all design concepts, pricing, and project details confidential.

• Clients may not share, distribute, or republish design materials without written consent.

• We will protect any private client information shared during the process.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may cancel the project in writing at any time.

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered, and all fees paid to that point are non-refundable.

• No further claims may be made following termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes will be addressed first through mediation or arbitration before any court action.
