The Tailored Trio – Service Policy Service Overview: The Tailored Trio package is a flat-rate, three-room furniture and decor curation service. We handpick furnishings, lighting, and accessories tailored to your style and space—then deliver a fully shoppable digital portfolio to help you bring the vision to life. What’s Included in the digital portfolio: - One personalized mood board - A curated list of furniture and decor selections - Shoppable product links from trusted retailers - Designer notes - One revision Rate & Payment: Flat Rate Fee - $3,000 - Full payment is due at checkout to confirm your booking. - All fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun. Booking & Consultation: At checkout, you will book a 30 minute phone consultation. - This session allows us to understand your space, design preferences, and functional needs. Timeline: You will receive your final curated digital portfolio within 14 business days of your consultation. **If additional information is needed (e.g., photos, dimensions, preferences), we will reach out directly. Delays in receiving requested information may extend the delivery timeline.** Client Responsibilities: - Provide accurate room dimensions, photos, and preferences before or during the consultation. - Independently purchase and install all recommended products using the provided links. - Confirm any final selections or revisions promptly to avoid delays.
