Thank you for your interest in booking a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This brief session is designed to help us connect, learn more about your project, and determine how we can best support your interior decorating needs. Booking Guidelines: Availability: Consultations are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance through our online booking platform. Scope: This call is intended as an introduction—not a design session. We'll briefly discuss your space, style goals, and how our services work. One per Client: Each client is entitled to one complimentary consultation. Additional time or follow-ups may be scheduled as part of a paid service. Timeliness: Please be available and ready at your scheduled time. If you're running late, the call may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Missed calls without notice may forfeit your free consultation opportunity.
